Hello my seven followers

Hey everybody! Wondering where I've been since.....October? Well wonder no longer because I'm going to try my darndest to get back into blogging action! Maybe! Well the truth is I've been uploading most of my pictures and stories to facebook (it's just so easy and fast.) But I have been meaning to do more on the blog....if your not on facebook, you should be (uncle John) because everyone and their dogs/kids/what- have-you's are already there. So just join the crowd I say! Anyway, here are some things that have happened since last you read:

1. Christmas. It was great this year, no pappy's in hospital gowns, always a plus.

2. New Years. It came, it went. With all the usual resolutions and all the usual ignoring of resolutions.

3. I started school! Math and stats...ew yuck! My stats class is almost over but I'm not out of the woods yet, keep your fingers crossed I pass the final exam....and the class!

4. Ezra turned 2. And it has been Terrible, let me tell you! That boy keeps us running all over the place and is always up to no good. But he does have quite the personality and makes us laugh alot. I know when he's grown I will only look upon his younger years with a smile on my face. Hopefully.

5. Me and Brock ran our first half marathon together! I had run one previously in the summer, and Brock had never ran. At all. He ran a half marathon without training for it! I think we finished in 2 hours and 47 minutes. (much slower time than my first one, but I wanted to finish with old pokey.) And I have to say, for never running any race in his entire life, finishing in under 3 hours was pretty impressive to me. After running this race, Brock has decided he wants to run too, and I now envision us with a hobby together, running races all over the world...into old age. I also signed up for my first marathon (that's 26.2 miles people) in September and Brock will run the half in that race with as well. It's called the Little Grand Canyon Marathon, hopefully it will be a good one, and I don't die trying to finish it.

6. Esther turned 4! And my older sister Abby got engaged! All on the same day! Hot damn! I'll talk more about Esther's Bday in a different post with some pics when I upload them. Now, as for Abby's engagement, well we're all just tickled to death that she's finally found her someone. His name is Kyle, but we call him Cricket, or Crickie for short, because the man can do an uncanny cricket chirp. The more time I spend with him the more I like him and am very glad he's going to be a part of our family.

p.s. The picture above is some "graffiti" we found on BYU's lovely campus. Everything you've ever heard about Utah County is true. The chalk doesn't lie.

Welcome back Blogger Annie! Hey, I like that moniker. It's like Calamity Jane..or Shotgun Willie..Shoeless Jackson..or Tokyo Rose. Facebook you say? Well I might. I hear there are privacy issues and the occasional virus. Tell Graffiti Esther that I said she looks like she has the arms of an ape and the legs of a dachshund!! Cute. Is that chalk in her hand??

p.s. Math & statistics final exams are always a challenge
